Modular Dwarf Hamster Cage

The Circus Hamster Cage is a modular dwarf hamster cage in the Ferplast hamster cage range. This dwarf hamster cage has a number of different levels which your hamster can get to by using the supplied ladders.

The cage has a main area (the largest part of the cage) plus separate areas that your dwarf hamster can use for eating and drinking, playing or resting.

The roof and bottom sections of the cage have a colourful circus tent design (as you'd expect from something known as the Circus Hamster Cage) but you can add your own spin to the look of the cage by decorating the outside using the sheet of stickers that comes in the box.

Dwarf Hamster Cage Expansion

Your hamster's environment can be expanded by connecting it, to accessories and other items in the Ferplast range, using the blanked off space in the cage wall.

When it comes to cleaning you can remove the whole roof of the cage to reach those upper areas with a minimum of fuss. There's also a convenient door in the front wall of the cage to allow access to the main living area.

Cage Size

Although the Circus hamster cage is actually larger than it appears in the picture it's still not a particularly large hamster cage and is down around the lower end of the scale in the size stakes as you can see here in our hamster cages comparison table.

Another drawback of this cage is that due to the size and the shape it can be difficult to find toys and exercise equipment to fit the available space.

Alternative Dwarf Hamster Cages

An alternative to the Circus hamster cage is the Mini Duna Hamster Cage (also from Ferplast) which is a larger hamster cage but is often found to be a bit cheaper.
